Prime Minister Hun Sen has once again warned the Cambodian people
of road traffic accidents, which kill five people a day on average.
“I would like to appeal to all people to respect their own life
and that of others,” ….. “98% of our people respect the traffic law. But, the
remaining 2% cause road accidents for the 98%.”
