Casino Tax Revenue Up 35.5%

The government has collected about $37.4 million in taxes from casinos for the first nine months of the year, up by about 35.5 percent compared to the same period last year. After a tax audit, the casino’s management agreed to pay another $16.6 million this year – in addition to the base rate of about $6 million.
