Cambodia’s Corruption Situation Improved

The corruption situation in Cambodia is better, affirmed Mr. Van Sou Ieng, President of Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Association (CAMFEBA) and also Chairman of the Garment Manufacturers Association in Cambodia (GMAC). The reduction of procedures by the Ministry of Commerce has enabled the garment and textile industry to gain from US$14 to 22 million a year. In addition, Minister of Labor and Vocational Training Ith Samheng encouraged the private sector to further contribute with the royal government in fighting against corruption.
