The Cambodian economy is
expected to grow by 7.3% in 2015 and 2016 but will need to concentrate on
development in the rural areas in order to ensure inclusive growth. The
construction and tourism will be the main drivers of the economy, whereas the
garment sector, a traditional growth engine, will see competitiveness eroded
over the next two years due to a rising wages.
