Furi Real Estate and the
Singapore-based Naki Group have broken ground on the $70 million Woodland borey
project, a service-style hotel villa concept that is a first in the country. In
the first phase of this project spent $28 million to develop this project and
the estimation of the whole project will need $70 million.
