Cambodia and the Swiss Federal
Council reached Framework Agreement concerning Technical, Financial and
Economic Cooperation as well as Humanitarian Assistance.
Currently, Switzerland’s some US$12 million, focusing on local governance and
citizen participation, agriculture and food security, skills development and
employment, and Kantha Bopha Hospitals.
