Prime Minister Hun Sen
said the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MoEYS) and Royal University of Law
and Economics (RULE) have actively participated in implementing programs and plans of
the government to train human resources with the best quality. So far, Cambodia
has a total of 2,813 kindergartens, 6,910 primary schools, 1,214 lower
secondary schools, 433 higher secondary schools, and 104 higher educational
institutions, with over 3.5 million students of the total population of more
than 14 millions.
