Cambodia's
trade volume with foreign countries rose by 16% year on year in the first
eleven months of 2014.
The data
showed that the Southeast Asian nation's total trade volume was valued at 16.61
billion U.S. dollars during the January- November period this year, up 16% from
14.32 billion U.S. dollars over the same period last year. The country exported
products in equivalent to 7.05 billion U.S. dollars, up 12% year-on-year as it
imported goods in a total amount of 9.56 billion U.S. dollars, up 19% year-on-
year. Garment and footwear items accounted for more than 80% of the country's
total exports. Its main trading partners are European countries, the United
States, China, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia.
