By the first semester of 2016,
a total of 223 Economic Land Concession (ELC) companies have got investment
principles from Cambodia which signed with Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry
and Fisheries and Ministry of Environment. The ELCs
granted to the 223 companies are located in 18 provinces on a total area of
more than 1.5 million hectares.
