Cellcard, a leading mobile
operator and a subsidiary of Royal Group last Friday reached an agreement with
a mobile payments company Fortumo to officially launch their direct carrier
billing partnership, which allows over four million Cellcard subscribers to pay
for digital content by simply charging payments to their mobile phone bill.
