Popular Timber tycoon in
Cambodia launch a new business venture names PAPA Petroleum Co Ltd. The company
recently announced a partnership with Hong Kong’s Hutchison Port Holdings to
construct a $300 million port in Kampot province, and in May signed an
agreement with a Chinese company to import conditioning units.
