Star5 Development and the
Skyland Company have formed a joint venture, with approximately $20 million in
investment capital, to develop an affordable condominium named Skyland Condo
aimed at local investors. The sector is now strong, many Cambodians who could
earn $800 to $1,000 a month may be able to afford one.
