The
cabinet ministers discussed and approved the Draft Law on Amendment to the Law
on Factory and Handicraft Management, the Draft Royal Decree on National
Standard on Kilogram, and the Draft National Policy on Cultural Sector.
The
cabinet meeting also approved to submit the Nagoya Protocol on Access to
Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from
their Utilization to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity, and the
Agreement on Cultural Cooperation between the Governments of the Member States
of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Government of the Russian
Federation, to the legislative body for approval.
