The
Kingdom of Cambodia and the Federal Republic of Germany have reached here
recently a Memorandum of Understanding (MuU) on cooperation in the field of
education.
The MoU
was signed by Secretary of State for the Ministry of Education, Youth and
Sports (MoEYS), and Director of German-Cambodian Cultural Center. The purpose of the MoU is to
create general principles for cooperation in the education sector, focusing on
four main points primary, secondary and higher education and vocational
training; special education, especially linguistics; educational information
and policy exchange for educational reform; and vocational development and
exchange for scholars, teachers, students and administrative staff.
