Japan and Cambodia Interactive Association (JCIA) seeks cooperation from the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation to run the centers to supply well trained labor for the foreign markets. The establishment of 38 training centers has been planned and two Japanese companies – Broadcast and Sankei Engineering – are interested to offer technical training to Cambodian youth selected. As of now around 500 Cambodian youths have been trained and working in Japan.
