Government Promotes Civil Servants in Category D to Category C

Prime Minister Hun Sen has announced to annul the category D, the lowest level for over 10,000 civil servants, and to promote those in category D to category C. This move is part of the government’s efforts in minimizing the gap in salaries among civil servants.
