Bassaka
Air, Cambodia’s newest airlines, launched officially here on Monday its
operation with its first flight from Phnom Penh International Airport to Macao,
China with more than 100 passengers on board.
Bassaka
Air will contribute to the improvement and development of the civil aviation
and tourism sector in Cambodia. It will attract more Chinese visitors to
Cambodia and conviction that in ten years, Chinese visitors will be in the lead
among foreign tourists to Cambodia. This year, the State Secretariat of Civil
Aviation has provided license to two new airlines, and next year there will be
two more.
