A Hong Kong Company To Invest in Theme Park in Siem Reap

Cheung Sheng Global Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-based company, is planning to invest in building a theme park in Siem Reap province, a major tourism destination of Cambodia.

The company is interested in investing in real estate development in Siem Reap, including a theme park, an exhibition center, a trade center, a hotel, a shopping mall and a coal power plant. But for the first phase, the company would focus its investment on the theme park, hotel and trade center. Cheung Sheng Global Holdings Limited was incorporated in Seychelles in 2013, with a registered capital of US$100 million.

This company is with business units spanning across areas such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
