Cambodian Prime Minister on Tuesday broke ground for the construction of a 14-million-U. S. dollar flyover, which will be the fourth overpass in Phnom Penh.
The 382-meter-long flyover is being constructed at the Techno intersection above Russian Federation Boulevard in the city's western part by a locally well-known Overseas Cambodia Investment Corporation. According to the master plan, the construction will take 16 months to be completed. This city, home to some 1.4 million people, has approximately 300,000 cars and one million motorcycles.
