The deal
was signed on Tuesday in Nanning, China by PAS Director-General and Governor of
Qinzhou City of Chian’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. This is part of the
ASEAN-China cooperation under the framework of maritime cooperation to boost
the fields of transportation, trade, economy, culture, education, tourism and
other sectors, and to promote the information and experience exchange.
