The construction of a 45-floor
building, which would cost some US$300 million invested by Oxeley Worldbridge
(Cambodia) Co., Ltd., a Cambodian and Singaporean joint venture.
General Director of Oxeley
Worldbridge (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. said with the amount of investment, a
twin-towered commercial building called the Bridge will be built. The Bridge
will develop as the commercial, residential, and office areas as well as the
entertainment area, he added.
According to H.E. Minister, in
the first four months of this year, Cambodia’s construction sector received
about US$1,427 million investment projects, up 287% if compared to the same
period last year.
