Cambodian Senior Minister and
Minister of Commerce said the ministry has been finalizing three important
draft laws.
Those are the draft law on
e-commerce, the draft law on consumer protection and the draft law on
competition. The three draft laws are expected to submit to the Council of Ministers
for approval this year. Besides, other initiatives are taken to improve the
country’s rank in the Ease of doing business index of the World Bank.
